The Buyer may be an adult natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer".
Sales in the pirodesign.pl store are carried out in accordance with the following regulations.
CUSTOMER REGISTRATION
1. The pirodesign.pl offer can be used by anyone who has legal capacity
3. Technical requirements for using the online store services: Internet access, computer with an installed browser: Internet Explorer version 7.0 or newer, Mozilla/Firefox/Chrome.
4. The customer is obliged to complete the new customer "registration form" in accordance with the actual status.
5. The customer is obliged not to disclose his access data - 'login' and 'password' - to third parties.
ACCEPTANCE AND EXECUTION OF THE ORDER
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, every day of the year, and are processed Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
We do not process orders on the following days: every Saturday, Sunday, New Year's Day, First and Second Day of Easter, All Saints' Day, First and Second Day of Christmas. We do not process orders on every public holiday.
The customer completes the order by selecting the products offered for sale from the offer available on the online store's website. You can change the contents of your cart at any time by clicking on the "Cart" link. After selecting the products, you can place an order.
The customer may additionally describe in the order notes the products that he did not find on the store's website but would like to order. In this case, pirodesign.pl will make every effort to agree by phone or e-mail on the type, scope and quantity of products in order to include all products in the order in accordance with the Customer's intention. In such a case, the contract is concluded after the Customer's written or e-mail acceptance. If you do not accept all or some of the goods indicated in the order notes, the contract in this respect will not be concluded.
pirodesign.pl is responsible for compliance between the products described by the Customer in the order and those delivered.
Order fulfillment times range from 2-3 business days (goods available in stock) from 3-8 business days (goods requiring production). In the case of an order for goods that require production, the order processing time may be extended to 21 business days, of which the customer will be informed each time by phone or e-mail.
Payment for the ordered goods may be made: by transfer to the Seller's account or by cash on delivery upon receipt of the goods. In the case of payment by transfer, the ordered goods will be sent to the Customer after the payment has been credited to the Seller's account or after sending the payment confirmation by e-mail.
It is possible to collect the goods yourself at the company's headquarters.
The delivered order is always accompanied by a sales document (order card) or an invoice, depending on the Customer's choice when placing the order.
If the delivered shipment is inconsistent with the order placed, the buyer may refuse to accept the unordered products and immediately notify the seller thereof.
The actual size of the product may differ by approximately 2-3% from the size suggested on the packaging.
The actual color of the product may differ slightly from the product shown in the photo due to different lighting properties and the customer's monitor. In case of doubt or for verification purposes, please contact us by phone or e-mail before placing an order.
Product prices are given in Polish zloty.
The paid price of the goods should include the shipping costs applicable to the selected payment and delivery method:
a- PLN 13 when choosing transfer payment
b- PLN 18 when choosing cash on delivery
WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS
The goods available in the store are covered by the manufacturer's warranty or the store's own warranty.
Upon receipt, the Customer should check the condition of the shipment. If it is damaged, the Buyer should report this fact to the supplier and contact the Seller.
The customer has the right to return goods purchased in the store without giving reasons within 14 days of receiving the order.
In order to meet the deadline of 14 days for submitting a declaration of withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to submit the declaration before its expiry to the following address: Pirodesign Maksymów 6A, 97-225 Ujazd or e-mail: biuro@pirodesign.pl, which pirodesign.pl will immediately confirm receipt of the declaration via a returned email.
